(a) has electrons hence irrespective of ligand, pairing will not occur.
(b) is a tetrahedral complex. Since CFSE is small, pairing takes place after all the orbitals are singly filled-But hybridization changes with a strong field ligand.
(c) has a configuration so is always zero.
(d) weak field will have 5 unpaired electrons strong field will have unpaired electrons.
