Telophase is the final stage of mitosis, during which the daughter cells reach their respective poles and a nuclear membrane begin to appear around the cells. During this stage, the chromosomes begin to decondense and thus, they are no longer visible as discrete elements. The various cell organelles like nucleolus, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi complex also begin to reform in each daughter cell.
