Net force by the liquid is called buoyancy force (definition).
Horizontal component of and will cancel each other. Net force on slant surface will be in downward direction and net buoyant force will be vector sum of the net downward buoyant force acting on slant surface and (up) acting on base of the cone.
And the net force will be less than these individual forces as they are in opposite directions.
Hence, this question has multiple answers.
