Solution: total no of marbles = 24
let green marbles be x
let blue marbles be $24-x$
let g be the event of taking out green marble
no of favourable outcomes$=x$
$P\left(g\right)=\frac{x}{24}=\frac{2}{3}$
$x=\frac{2}{3}\cdot 24=16$
no of green marble = 16
no of blue marble = 8 answer
