(ii) Beta diversity (Between community diversity) is biodiversity in a range of communities due to replacement of species with the change in communityhabitat because of presence of different microhabitats, niches, etc.
(iii) Gamma biodiversity is diversity of habitatsecosystems over a total landacape or geographical area.
